All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through DIZZYDMA are non-refundable. Once a license key has been delivered, a subscription has been activated, or a physical order has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund under any standard circumstance. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, and our inventory is limited and carefully sourced.
No Refunds For the Following
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if your game account is banned as a result of using our products. We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind after purchase. We do not offer refunds if you purchased the wrong product or subscription tier. We do not offer refunds due to a cheat being detected or updated following an anti-cheat patch. We do not offer refunds for products that are functional but do not meet your personal expectations.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms and will result in an immediate and permanent ban from DIZZYDMA. We maintain detailed transaction records and actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
