At Read Only, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer. Due to the nature of digital goods and software licenses, our refund policy is strict. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Read Only are non-refundable. Once a license key has been delivered, a subscription has been activated, or a physical order has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund under any standard circumstance. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, and our inventory is limited and carefully sourced.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can arise. A review for exchange or store credit may be considered in the following situations:
You received a license key that is invalid or already in use at the time of delivery. You purchased a product that was incorrectly listed or misrepresented on our platform. Your physical DMA hardware arrived visibly damaged or non-functional due to a shipping or manufacturing issue.
To be considered for an exception, you must open a support ticket within 48 hours of receiving your product. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review. You may be asked to provide proof of the issue, such as screenshots or video, before a resolution is offered.
No Refunds For the Following
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if your game account is banned as a result of using our products. We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind after purchase. We do not offer refunds if you purchased the wrong product or subscription tier. We do not offer refunds due to a cheat being detected or updated following an anti-cheat patch. We do not offer refunds for products that are functional but do not meet your personal expectations.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms and will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Read Only. We maintain detailed transaction records and actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
